2012 was a great year for curry. It was the 15th year of National Curry Week - the 10th year of Curry Capital of Britain won by Bradford from Glasgow and Wolverhampton and the year yet another World Poppadom Tower record was achieved..

Britain is blessed with some of the greatest Indian cuisine in the world and some of the best restaurants so it is not surprising we have some of the most knowledgeable curry fans. In 2013 National Curry Week will again be aiming to link these curry fans directly with the best amongst the 9500 Indian South East Asian restaurants in the country with the support of the top industry manufacturers and retailers.

As a curry fan, we would like to invite you to become a National Curry Week 'Curry Ambassador', to be part of a free network all over the country. As an ambassador we will email you a badge/logo confirming your status plus regular :

* Information on restaurants

* Information on new dishes to try

* Professional recipes

* Merchandise with the Curry Ambassador logo

* An opportunity to send reports on restaurants or dishes and have them published in Mood Food Magazine (www.moodfoodmag.com)

All you need to do is respond to ambassador@nationalcurryweek.co.uk with your name (no other contact details and the email address will not be passed on to any third parties) and spread the curry word to old and new fans alike.
