RECIPES FOR SUCCESS
2015

including Dine with Mridula

This is the sixth edition of Recipes For Success produced to help curry lovers get the very best out of National Curry Week. The first two were in printed booklets and the most recent an online version that is still available on the website.

This year we have joined with sponsors to offer a menu selection of three dishes for every day of National Curry Week that are sufficiently different that you can have a curry every day of that week without repeating yourself. Just click on your chosen day(left) and choose from the three recipes for that day. The recipes range from the very easy to the somewhat more challenging but will give you some suggestions for a curry get-together, not forgetting the naan, chutneys and, of course, drinks.

MRIDULA'S MENUS FOR NATIONAL CURRY WEEK

"National Curry Week has become a part of our lives over the years and it is going from strength to strength. It creates excitement, enthusiasm and creativity among the Indian chefs and the curry loving public throughout the country. Chefs are hugely motivated to create new recipes for the competition and restaurants put on special evenings to celebrate this significant event in the curry industry. This year, I am proud and thrilled to be the 'face of National Curry Week' and I am presenting my menu for the whole week which are simple, straightforward and healthy."

Mridula Baljekar, three times holder of the Gourmand Best Indian Cookbook in the World title, and recently dubbed by the media as "the curry queen the stars call when they want the ultimate Indian food experience" offers her daily recommendations for those special National Curry Week dishes.
